We thought the idea of timed entry was a great one.
What a horrible experience. We had 7:30 entry ticket for the Marietta GA location. We got on line at just after 7pm and waited an hour in traffic and barely moved 10 feet. We were still over an hour away and finally had to give up. The child we were bringing lost interest and got very cranky, so we had to go home. Complete waste of money for an event we could not get into.
So much for pacing of cars with timed entry. Epic fail. Can never recommend this experience, completely wasted our money. Don’t go. You’ve been warned
Last night was our third year attending with our 11yro granddaughter and it was a wonderful experience! Yes, we waited a bit, but not an hour and if you’ve been to any other Christmas light show, you expect to wait a little. In our case, my granddaughter is legally blind and the fact that we can ride so close to the lights is a bonus! We drive an hour to get there, but it is well worth it, and we’ll go again next year!
I purchased two tickets, one for my family as well as family who drove in from out of town to attend the light show. When we arrived, we were immediately turned around by associates who work there stating that they’re close due to cold weather. I received no advanced notice of closure and was pissed because we drove all the way there as part of my daughter’s birthday festivities. I only found out later that an email was sent 8 minutes before my scheduled reservation that the event had been canceled. Given that it’s the holidays and I have other things planned I was not able to reschedule. My time is very valuable. I reached out to the company via email since they do not provide a telephone number. I’ve sent two emails since writing this review and haven’t received any response yet. Save your money and time and do not attend this event. It’s a waste of money and there is a lack of customer service and concern for issues their customers may have.
This is very expensive. Please bring the price down so families can enjoy this experience.
This will he our 3rd year after purchasing the $29.99 voucher from Costco. The 1st was great, last years candy crush not so much, hoping for a better experience this year.
Gesh. I was considering going to this, but it doesn’t sound worth it for the price or wait. Especially considering they don’t really seem to listen to the consumer experiences and strive to resolve issues. There’s plenty of places to see lights that care what the consumers say. I’ll just go somewhere else.
