Editor’s Note: In 2018, the Marietta Branding Project canceled the skating rink and announced that there will be no ice skating at the Marietta Square, and no New Year’s Eve event for 2018. They plan to add more interactive events for children, more games, improved lighting, and more holiday decoration with a small-town charm theme.
Marietta Square ice skating was open from November 17, 2017 through January 7, 2018. The ice skating rink, formerly part of Marietta’s Winter Wonderland, was an open air rink at Glover Park in Marietta Square.
