La Carreta
La Carreta is a Latin kitchen, bar, and grocery that honors the rich traditions of Latin American cuisine. Established in 2010, the restaurant offers a unique fusion of Colombian and Mexican flavors, with many dishes prepared in a Josper charcoal oven, adding a modern twist while respecting traditional recipes. Though temporarily closed due to a fire on June 24, 2023, La Carreta announced that they would reopen in September/October 2024. Though not technically new, the reopening is a welcome announcement as it has become a favorite dining spot in Marietta.

Three Roses Tavern

Managed by Arianne Fielder and Daniel Mandragon, and co-owned by Salem Makhlouf and Gigi Rose, the restaurant is adjacent to their other establishment, L on North. Offering a menu of New American cuisine crafted by Executive Chef Rick Wilt, the restaurant features house-made dishes such as beef meatloaf with bacon jam and horseradish mashed potatoes, along with wings, burgers, seafood, pasta, and more. The bar features 12 beers on tap with a focus on bourbons and a diverse wine list. The space, which includes a main bar, wine bar, and an upstairs seating area, is equipped with multiple large screens for sports enthusiasts. Open for lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, Three Roses Tavern aims to provide the same quality of food and service as its neighbor, revitalizing a location that has been vacant for six years (the old “Kish” location).
